Wednesday Night Workout!
Wednesday nights 6:00pm-7:00pm
February 6th-March 27th
This intermediate level fitness class will work on your balance, strength and agility. By challenging participants with different workouts each week including a Boot Camp, Body Weight Workouts, Circuit Training and/or Free Weights. This program uses a variety of Fitness Equipment including Resistance Bands, Jump Rope, Free Weights and Exercise Balls. Watch your strength and energy levels increase. The instructor’s goal is to teach her students safe and effective exercises that instills confidence in working out at any gym or at home. Please bring a mat and water to all classes. Registration through teacher, by cash or check.

Marsha is a personal trainer and group fitness/weight training instructor. She is an experienced a personal trainer for individual clients as well as an instructor for spin, treadmill, and abdominal classes. Marsha has instructed fitness classes for teens, adults, and seniors for over 20 years.
