Join Us Every Tuesday for a fun and engaging Dance Fitness Class. The class is designed for all levels of fitness and dance. The atmosphere is filled with today's pop hits, oldies, country, and swing. The music and Kathy's contagious high energy will get you moving and grooving! It's all about having fun while you get your workout in.
