Mini Sports is a unique program that blends sports specific movements, games, and exercises to develop essential skills needed for different types of sports and physical activity. This season student athletes will receive training in various seasonal sports/games, physical education lessons, and our SPA program that includes Speed, Plyometrics, and Agility. 5 weeks. 

This Program will take place outside weather permitting
