What It Is
Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra is an eight-stage guided meditation that has the power to transform, heal and rejuvenate you at core levels. You are systematically guided on a meditative journey through your multi-dimensional self. This includes awareness and healing at each level of being (the five koshas - physical, energetic, mental-emotional, and bliss-healing) in order to dissolve away tensions to reveal your true self.
What It Does
Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra has many benefits. It strengthens the mind, improves ability to focus, develop compassion, emotional and mental stability, clarity, peace; reduces high blood pressure, anxiety, depression; aid to insomnia, brings deep rest and improves sleep quality. Yoga Nidra switches you out of flight or fight and into the relaxation response - your body's natural healing state - where revitalization and regeneration naturally occur.
What Will We Do?
In this Workshop, we will prepare for the guided meditation by moving our bodies very gently into restorative postures where you will have the option to receive energy healing. You will then rest in stillness, lying down in savasana (complete relaxation) while being guided into the core of your being by your teacher's soothing voice.
