Teen Yoga is a fitness class, designed for teens that will focus on a mind-body connection.
This enables teens to grow in strength and flexibility,
while becoming more present and flexible in their changing bodies.
Perfect for athletes or anyone looking to increase their fitness level
$100 per 4 week session
Diana Durka is a fitness trainer, mother, and yoga teacher in Hingham. As an instructor, she hopes to help students deepen their own practices through breath and movement.
