These youth Soccer clinics focus on introducing our young players to the fun and exciting game of soccer with age-appropriate games and activities to build strength, agility and confidence. 12:45 PM - 3:15 PM	Home Alone Staying Safe - Home Alone Staying Safe This class will prepare kids (4th -5th grade) to handle most home alone situations, from an unexpected knock on the door to an emergency 911 phone call. It also covers food/kitchen safety, choking prevention and Heimlich Maneuver, basic first aid, handling emergencies, handling fears, safety to and from school, basic street smarts, self-defense techniques and lots of prevention!  This dynamic and interactive three-hour class is serious business made fun.  Please send your child with a nut free snack and beverage to class.Registration Begins Friday, March 7th at 10am

1:15 PM - 2:15 PM	Chess - Chess (Ages 9-13) Description: Chess is a great game for kids to develop their mental and competitive prowess. This course will cover the basic rules and skills of chess: how the pieces move, how to record games and positions, the relative values of the pieces, popular tactics, and fundamental strategy. Kids will play each other to test out what they have learned.

Our Recreation Staff will be there to oversee (and play) a variety of games (Dodge Ball, Nuke 'em, Soccer...). Our Gameroom will be open and our games will be on-- Skee Ball, Super Bikes, Foosball, Bubble Hockey, mini-basketball, and Sno Cross. We will have boardgames and Card Games (who doesn't want to play Uno? seriously)There will be MusicThere will be Pizza and Chips and Water.And if Parents happen to want to do something on a Friday night for a couple hours while their children are having a blast with the Rec Staff...Everyone wins.Events are $25 online (pre-registration ends an hour before the event) or $30 at the door.  Events run from 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM

Online Registration will still close at 7:30 AM on the day of the class to ensure that daily rosters can be accurately sent out.5.Tickets do not expire and may be used for any class.6.
