Yoga is an excellent workout for all levels, and a must for athletes and anyone who wants to increase their level of fitness. This is a fusion class that incorporates high intensity cardio moves and core work with a flow based yoga class. The result is an all around workout that will challenge and inspire you to a higher level of fitness.
Diana Durka is a fitness trainer, mother, and yoga teacher in Hingham. As an instructor, she hopes to help students deepen their own practices through breath and movement. Using her fitness background, Diana has developed a unique athletic vinyasa-flow style of yoga. This style of yoga builds muscle strength and flexibility, while developing a solid mind-body connection.
