Mindfulness teacher and HHS parent Liz Maillett will be offering five sessions on mindfulness Wednesday mornings* this Winter at the Hingham Community Center. The sessions are $20 each and the HHS PTO is directing a substantial portion of the proceeds to support a mindfulness program for HHS students through their 10th grade Health classes. Learn how your teens are using mindfulness to reduce their own stress. Please join us! Join us for any or all of five sessions that will use guided meditation, discussion, video clips and group exercises to develop mindfulness meditation skills. Suitable for everyone, with or without meditation experience. Topics: Training Our Minds, Can You Just Chill?
